Is there an API call to update a group to send all calls to an extensions? I know you can do this in the web interface, but we are looking for a way to do it from the api (SDK)
I don’t really understand your question. But if you are looking for an API to update a call queue members, then check this dev guide article for instructions. If that is not what you want, please explain and give an example about the call handling flow you expect.
On the group screen there is a toggle to “Forward all Queue Calls”. You can assign an extension to send all of the calls.
I am asking if there is a way to do this from the API. The update seems to only talk about adding user extensions.
Unfortunately, that feature cannot be turned on/off by API.
