What I am trying to achieve is to have client numbers (non RC) to be dialed and once they are connected, play an automated message.
I was thinking of using the RingOut feature for this.
I created an "Announcements-Only Extension" 295 and uploaded a .wav to it. NOTE: It does not have a direct number.
How can I use the RingOut to do so (or any other service) since RingOut does not allow calls to Announcement-Only lines.
