Is it possible to change file format for call recordings?
Desired file name format for all call recordings:
yyyymmdd-hhmmss_[phone number making the call (internal extension or direct number)]_[direction]_[phone number receiving the call (internal extension or direct number)]_[time duration of call]
Even if calls forwarded internally, to iclude caller and final destination extension or direct number.
