In api missing clear explanation , when we will go for /active-call and when for /call-log

According to the API Explorer:
Active Calls: Returns records of all extension calls that are in progress, ordered by start time in descending order.
Call Logs: Returns call log records filtered by the specified parameters.
This means call-log will return historical results, while active-call will return calls happening now.
