In versiones 6.25 and 6.25.1 we are not able to list any existing SMS for the account and also cannot write new SMS.


SMS history looks empty, but we already have a lot SMS created from or received in the RingCentral desktop app:

Also, we are not able to send messages from Salesforce app because there is not an input to write and neither the 'Send' button

Hi @Nelson Paez, is this the first time that you're going to user RingCentral for Salesforce?


Were you able to solve this @Nelson Paez ? I'm having the same issue.
