Hello there,
I am a software developer looking to have a way for a user:
1. Call into a Ring Central Phone Number
2. Using an automated system, enter their ID
3. From there, I can do a lookup in a SQL database
4. Return information.
I would develop the API for lookups.
Does Ring Central have this capability?
