We are finding that once a record is attached to a RingCentral call, the phone call is automatically completed without the User completing it . We think this is happening within a few minutes of the record being attached to the RingCentral phone call. How do I disable this so the Rep has the choice when to complete the call after inputting their notes in the phone call description field?
