I'm in a production environment and using the python SDKs. The issue started happening yesterday where many of the messages started taking upwards of 10 minutes to get delivered to the recipients. The SDK calls would return quickly (aka the RingCentral MessageStore had received them) but they were taking a long time to reach recipients -- and then would often come in a burst.

Is there an ongoing outage?

Since this is in production, you can create a support ticket to check with them about the network.
