I'm utilizing the Analytics API https://analytics.ringcentral.com/business-analytics to retrieve aggregated call data, and I'm currently building a dashboard for my team. However, I'm encountering challenges in obtaining accurate data for the following metrics: Average Time to Abandoned(min), Number of Repeat Calls, Number of Calls Transferred Elsewhere, and Number of Unique Callers. Could someone provide the actual formulas for these metrics?

Unfortunately, those metrics are not available in the current analytics data.
