I could not find any posts from the user you mentioned above. From time to time your question might get lost between other posts. If that happens, just post some update to your thread to bump it up to the top list.
I try to help all developers fairly but sometimes I can't help if the questions are vague and lacking background context.
Also, for serious problems and related to your production account, do not hesitate to send a support ticket to the developer support team. That channel is more dedicated to RingCentral customers.
