Have you used our Quick Start Guide to create your sandbox account and to define your application? Have you reviewed our API Explorer to see the various API resources offered by the RingCentral Platform and to understand how they can be used?

You would need the following API resources in order to integrate SMS and to obtain delivery reporting data for SMS:

- Auth (to authenticate to the RingCentral API)
- Message - SMS (to send your SMS messages, and understand the boundaries of our SMS offering)
- Call Log (to obtain the data you can use for reporting)
