We are looking to customize an IVR and then, based on options selected, having RingCentral make a Web API call to an API we build and host that will return data to be voiced back to the caller. This is similar to a banking IVR system to retrieve a balance. I am not seeing anything like this in the developer guide. Is this something that is possible?

We are also looking to do this.  Can anyone post some links to appropriate documentation?

I am also trying to accomplish this with a WWW node, but there doesn't
seem to be a way to get the results. We are using RC engage voice
interface trying to get the IVR designer WWW node results from calling a
webservice (REST) API
