Hi there, 

 

Now that ringcentral has rolled out AI assistant, is there a way to disable it with an API? I know we have to use a template to override and block the AI, I can’t seem to find anything in the api reference to either disable the API or apply my template that will override and disable the user’s API. 

I am not aware of any available API for turning on/off AI features. I am not aware of a template you mentioned above either. Users can turn on/off AI features from the RC app settings though.


hmm, I know with a template we can “override” a user’s setting... is there a way for template to automatically be applied to a new account created then? This is gonna be an annoying manual process.
