Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a comprehensive list of all phone device model names supported by RingCentral. While I know there is a webpage that lists supported models (such as this one https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/certified-supported-deskphones-ringcentral.html), I need the exact model names used by RingCentral API, for example, “Poly CCX700 Business Media Phone” or “Poly Edge E450 IP Phone.”
Is there an API that can provide this information, or is there an existing list available that I can use?
I’m attaching a screenshot that shows one of these model names as it appears in the UI.
