I use Visual Basic and cannot get the API samples to work correctly. Looking to see if anyone out there can build this. It is above my skill level.

I think the best approach for you is to post a task/challenge in TopCoder to find a C# developer, then he/she will implement it for you. When that programmer has questions related to RingCentral platform, tell him/her to post the specific questions in this forum.
