We cannot find an explanation to the error code our clients are getting when trying to authorize our production app. Instead of the "code" with token we keep receiving the following message: Array ( [error] => invalid_request [error_description] => OAU-233:The client doesn't support user's brand ) What steps should we take to resolve the issue?

By default, your app is only authorized to work with user accounts from RingCentral brand. Please open a support case and indicate your app id and brands you would like to enable for your app.
