Hi, I have 2 questions:

  1. My out-of-office autoreply is set.  My office hours are 8-5:30.  yet when i test it at 5pm, i get autoreply.  What am doing wrong?  yes, the time zone is set correctly in ring central.
  2. Is there a way to initiate conversation when
    1. User submits form on my website?  Record is written into my database?
    2. Facebook user fills out facebook form.

Is there a zap that can be used to trigger sms?

I think you should contact Zapier. They own the integration so they should be able to tell you why.

You can use the RingCentral Workflow builder app for that if you want to.
