Hello, I am wondering exactly what a PBX user license is...

Teams tells me it is under a "Microsoft Team Phone Standard" license but I have 3 of those licenses availiable and it seems to show that it isn't syncing over to Ring Centrals PBX cloud.

Is this just a Ring Central License or is it for sure the Phone Standard License under teams?
