Hello, current customer with about 20 users. We have RC integrated with PCRecruiter and while it works as far as letting us dial from PCR and record our actions- the reporting within PCR is not accurate. The reporting needs to show activities as far as outbound calls, inbound calls, connects, no connects, etc. It's very inconsistent across users and time.

Any insight would be appreciated!
