Trying to forward emails from hotmail to my team conversation in glip using the post via email, email addresses that the team is given by glip. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it will send the email to an entirely new conversation the team is there but its a new conversation and a new email address is created. Cannot figure out if I am doing something wrong. It defeats the purpose since I am trying to forward and organize different emails to the proper team conversations.
