The "managed" package of Ringcentral for Salesforce comes with Standard navigation style where it shows so many tabs that our agents won't even use.
Is there a way to change it to console navigation so the top bar doesn't look too cluttered?

Hi Valerie,
Our CTI is packaged with the traditional SF App because there are more usage than the console view.
However, the RC for SF CTI do support Console view. You can configure the CTI into your own console view for daily work.
