I have a client with the following asks but do not see the functionality within the setup for the RingCentral Salesforce Integration:
- Automatically create and save tasks from inbound/outbound calls
- I see the option to auto generate logs within the RingCentral widget, but no option to automatically save this to Salesforce
- Automatically create task from missed call
- Report on
- How many calls were answered/unanswered
- How many missed calls were returned
Are any of these features out of the box with this integration?
