The symptoms of the problem seem like we are hitting a rate limit but there is no rate limit exceeded warning.


The calls are placed with the ringout method and we get the response, but no call is detected using the presence presence method. This system has been working for several years. there have been no changes except RC relocated due to the Hurricane.
