The ringing sound in the Salesforce integration is so loud and is not adjustable in the integration. When someone is on a call with a customer and another call comes in, the SalesForce ringer is so loud that it makes people jump. Can we turn off the ringer in SalesForce? Or at least change it so that it's not so loud? Since it's ringing in conjunction with our other RingCentral apps, it going completely away would be fine.
