So we are working with the RingCentral integration with Salesforce and we were looking to get the Omni Channel working inside Salesforce. Example when we take a call the Omni Channel updates to busy, they hang up the call they are available. I am looking to see if anyone has gotten this to work through a workaround or building their own integration between RingCentral and Salesforce.
