Is there an sms gateway format for RingCentral so I can send an email from any email address and receive it as a text message to my RingCentral phone number like myphonenumber@sms.ringcentral.com or 5551234567@mms.ringcentral.net etc?

Unfortunately, our SMS gateway does not support that feature.
