Sync contacts with a CRM (SugarCRM)

While Callinize looks great for intensive applications, is there an elegant way to just sync SugarCRM contacts into RingCentral? This would be very helpful but we couldn't justify the per user cost of an additional service just for this

There are really three options we recommend:

        If you are interested in developing a syncing app for SugarCRM please visit our Developer Portal

        Either use Callinize today or soon to be released other 3rd party apps that will keep your contacts in sync between SugarCRM and RingCentral

        As a work-around you can export all your contacts from SugarCRM into a .CSV file and then import them into RingCentral. You can repeat this process periodically but it would not be an automated sync of contacts between the two systems.
