I have a client with vertigo and noise sensitivity they need phone calls to be transcribed into text live. Is there a way to do that or can we do it in the future?
We don't support real time transcription for voice call. But we have API to stream the call audio to your app and you can use any 3rd party real time transcription service (e.g. IBM Watson) to transcribe the voice call.
