I need your assistance with VCC Webhooks for long-hold call routing. As I investigated its RingCentral MVP, do we have any webhook to detect real-time a call that has been waiting in the queue for more than 2 minutes and forward this call to a certain external number within the RingCentral Call Center?

I would much appreciate your assistance in this case.
