  1. I have Google Voice.
  2. I have Ring Central setup.
  3. I have forwarded my Google Voice to my Ring Central.
  4. When I call from my cell phone to Google Voice, Ring Central rings.
  5. I am not getting my IVR which I setup on Ring Central. It just rings & rings.

This is complicated and need more inputs such as which phone number did you forward the voice call to. And how did you setup your company IVR.

This type of question is better asked from the dev support team so pls create a support ticket.
