Zapier Fax Issues, Using Zapier to send PDF for Faxing

I am reviving an issue with that I saw in another community post. Our office is trying to send a fax with attachments from Zapier, currently we are running into an error and then subsequent attempts to redeliver the fax from the Ring Central result in the app only sending a cover page.
