Annotation on video call

The annotations are the biggest disappointment; all I can do is draw something, let go, and it disappears after a short while. I would want to draw lines, etc., and have them stay on the page because I occasionally use these calls to draw or display information for parents on screen. (please let me know it would be helpful)
