We want to make it easy for you to update your PIN and get back on track.
Below, you’ll find some uses for your PIN and the way to change your PIN.

Uses of a PIN

• Managing your account via RingCentral Interactive Voice Response

• Listening to Voicemail Messages Over the Phone

• Using the Virtual Calling Card feature

How to Change Your PIN

You can change your own account PIN, and if you are an admin, you can change the PIN of others in your organization.

Pin Criteria

• Only digits

• No sequential digits (e.g. "1234", "7890")

• No repeating digits (e.g. "222", "050505")

• No account information (e.g. extension number, phone number)

• PIN length is about 6-10 digits. For example, you can use 0917515 or 6259735874.
