Good morning,
Please use this as a protest to whichever department thinks that popping up a window on users GUI 'for the next greatest thing!' was a smart idea.
I've already fielded numerous calls/complaints/tickets from staff about, 'What is this Google add-in?!?' 'Why can't I get rid of it' ?!? - and it's only been less than an hour of staff being on-site.
This latest pop-up, depending on the monitor settings - really doesn't show the little tiny grayish-white X in the upper-right...
Why is/was this not in the normal Resource Center updates?!?
Bad form RC, bad form indeed...
