We previously had a different phone company and recently switched to RingCentral in January, which now seems like a huge mistake. We had no issues with our TCR registry with our previous phone company, but since switching, we have had to resubmit our application twice. We even had our website designer update all of our website’s contact forms to ensure compliance.
Texting is a crucial part of our business, and now we are locked into a year-long contract with a phone company that we can’t even use, which is severely inhibiting our operations. My patients are unable to reach me via text like they are normally used to and have began to think that we are ignoring them due to the extended time it has taken for this to get processed. Can anyone please provide insight or help on how to resolve this? We last resubmitted on February 18th. We know that, per RingCentral, the process can take 20–30 days, but that seems excessive, considering our last phone company completed our registration in a way shorter time span with more responsive and clear answers on timelines.
