Ring Central add in to Pipedrive

When using RingCentral add in to Pipe drive I am able to see when we make calls out in the log. However when we have incoming calls it is not showing up in the log.

Do you mean on the call history page in the extension, incoming calls are not shown? Or incoming calls are not logged in Pipedrive?
