So, I am trying to make a call using my own Primary Number and the post request gets me 200 code but the call is never received on the recipient number. But when I just change the number to organization number, the code from API is 200 and the call is received on the recipient number as well. I tried changing the caller ID to Primary as well but that doesn’t seem to be solving the issue either. The call status turns out to be: Call placed. Call status: InProgress but the call is never received. Any solutions?
