My company uses RC for recording sales calls, and it works very well; we are very happy with it. However, we have had issues with the human element in regards to getting the calls downloaded and maintaining everything, since RC's logs only go back 90 days. A rep once mentioned plans to allow for automated back-up/downloading of logs without requiring a person manually do it every few days.
Would anyone here be able to confirm if such a thing is on RC's roadmap or estimate when we might expect that feature, if it is planned/feasible?
