I have a suggestion. Please remove the automated helper when calling in to tech support. I had an issue regarding paging and the automated system started talking about my custom call settings and hours and was asking to remove them. If that would have occurred it would have caused major issues. The automated system said those settings are why my phone was not working, and suggested removing them. I knew better, but I hate to think of one of your other customers calling in and removing all their call queue settings for no reason and creating bigger issues because the IVR suggested it. I called in a week ago for a separate issue, and the automated system suggested the same thing. I have always received great support from the live agents, the IVR helper is bad and should be removed. Thank you.
