greetings. I have a user that states she hears a beeping during call that are being auto recorded. this interferes with conversations and messages she leaves with customers. I have removed the auto-recording feature from her user and it stops beeping. I reactivate is and she hears it again. She has the same settings as others users in her department and they do not hear any beeping. Thank you for your input.
