Have a strange problem. Brand new office setup with all new Yealink T46S phones. When adding an extension to be a member of the call queue and have that extension receive the voicemail messages for the queue it breaks the message waiting display indicator for voicemail on that extension's Yealink T46S. After doing this the MWI doesn't function properly. Even after taking the extension out of the queue, or deleting the extension/user. I have a ticket open with support but they haven't been much help. Any ideas?

Hi @Chuck Metzger, I checked on your case, and it says that the agent is called you and reached your voicemail. Would you like me to follow up?


We solved this issue by deleting the extension and re-creating it with a different extension number.
