I have a Andriod 9s and a employee as a Andriod 10. When we are on a call with a customer, sometime during the call (usually 2 - 4 min into it) the customer on the other end can no longer hear my voice. I have found that if I go to the app while on the call and switch it from device to speaker and then back, they can hear me once again. This is happening on nearly every call for both of us. Is there a setting I need to look at or fix for this?

This was a known issue, but it has been fixed! Please download the latest build from google play.
