I have at least 3 users now, for whom calls ring their iPhone very briefly, then immediately disconnect. Both queue calls and direct calls to their extension behave the same way. This is very frustrating.

Have you checked the number of rings under the Call Forwarding Settings? Check the KB article below for instructions.

Changing the number of rings in the ring settings changes nothing.

I get 2 rings if that, sometimes it actually gives 0 and directs the customer to voice mail immediately.

Edit:
Figured out i had special rules turned on and had to change the ring amount there, not sure yet if this solves the strait to after-hour voice mail that happens sometimes, but not all the time
