We use our RingCentral number to communicate with our clients or other people involved in our transaction to send updates only. We also use it to contact other businesses if we need their service for our project. Unfortunately, the registration is unsuccessful due to the following:

  • Campaign Attributes do not match website and/or sample message content.
  • Inconsistency between website, brand name, and/or sample messages or inconsistent sample messages


We are not using it for text marketing. How are we suppose to to register this as a campaign?
