When I am on a call via my RingCentral app (on iPhone), I do not receive incoming calls on either my RingCentral app or my iPhone. This is a big issue, as I need to be able to receive these calls and have the option to switch to those calls as well. I don't even get missed call notifications when this happens, the person's call just goes straight to voicemail.

iOS version: 12.2

RingCentral App version: 6.2.0.1.45728


Well, that's some weird behavior! I chatted with our Mobile app team and they asked if you could reproduce the issue and send a feedback email with the following info: time/date of the call and the number who called you.

To send a feedback email go to Help -> Report Issue -> enter the details and send the email on over!

They will keep an eye out for your email 🙂
