Hello everyone, we want to provide access to users in a company to have the ability to change their main greetings for holidays/bad weather etc
Trying to give them control so we as an MSP are more hands-off
What tools are good to use or does RC have some built in way?

it depends on the call handling, but I can imagine in most situations you'd want whoever is changing the greetings to have at least the Phone System Admin permissions; or both Phone System Admin and User Admin level of access.
In terms of tools, RC has built in tools to record greetings. Not sure if I am answering your question completely, feel free to ask a more specific question.
