Starting in the latest version of Chrome Extension (v4.3.0) our users with physical Cisco/Polycom desk phones cannot Click to Dial to their physical phone.

When "Options > Calling > Make calls with" > "RingOut" is selected, hovering on phone numbers only shows the SMS option. Also in settings the "Click to Dial/SMS" option only shows "Click to SMS". v4.3.0 users can still use the "Make calls with"> "Browser" option but the workflow and quality is not the same.

Users on older versions of the Chrome Extension (mostly v4.2.14) can still hover, click to dial and have the call ring out to their physical hard phone.

- Was this option disabled in the RingCentral Chrome Extension v4.3?

- How can we enable it to allow our users to use their physical phones?
