We have had some people experience an issue where they cannot log in to the Ring Central app on Chromebook. They will enter the login username but when they navigate to get the second authentication from their email, the app will either close or revert them back to the first screen to enter the login username.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi Amanda, please make sure that their app is updated to the latest version. They can also uninstall and reinstall the app.
