Thankful to have found this RingCentral Community Forum. I tried to get my question answered via the TCR Registration dedicated phone support but I had them confused I believe. I am assuming I only need to register the phone number we and our customers use, and not the "Company Main" number (not published anywhere) we received when we enrolled in RingCentral. Is that correct?

Also, we only us conversational texts and I have seen multiple questions about that. Customers reach out to us in this manner first and we respond accordingly. I am understanding we still need to create opt-in and opt-out messages and procedures, but am sure hoping not. Could you provide guidance on this?

I have registered for your March 8th webinar on this topic but worry I am running out of time to meet the March 31 deadline.
