Hello - Is there a way to change the Contact view in the app so that it shows the statuses of the company users in the list? Right now our users have to open the profile of each contact to see this. We are fairly new to RingCentral.

Hi @Mike Leite, you may enable your HUD Feature in the app. It will show your internal contact's availability. You can add up to 100 extensions. Get to know more about HUD here.
